X-COLOR BLACK - Sophistication in dark black design

Inspiration for creating series X-COLOR was from the world of fashion and design, namely the contact with the fashion label palmer//harding in 2014. GoSt-Barefoots provided a very special version of ULTRs for their new collection and the cat walk at London Fashion Week, the press was fascinated by our glittering accessories. During the course of the campaign we received even more impressive reports and articles. Here the video of the Cat Walk!

Worth seeing how awesome ULTRAs (a special version we provided for palmer//harding) became integrated in their new collection ss15. The Paleos^® can fit seamlessly to modern fashion design and leads all the way to a completely different (more natural) walking style on the Cat Walk. Thanks to Levi Palmer and Matthew Harding - the creators of the label - for the innovative and courageous vision, the pleasant collaboration and the stupendous result with our "Chain Mail Accessories"! X-COLOR BLACK has - contrary to the untreated ULTRAs, to be understood as a high quality version for special occasions and events! The abrasion-resistant colouring not only enhances them visually, but also prevents the oxidizing of the stainless steel. The grey residue which occasionally remains on the skin from jewellery made of stainless steel will no longer be a worry for wearers. Real jewels which should be treated as such!

Where there is light, there is shadow! The multi-layer coating of X-COLOR is abrasion-resistant, but not hard enough for permanent or regular use in the environment where the untreated ULTRAs are at home. Natural soils such as sand and mud act like sandpaper which will lead to the loss of the classy X-COLOR-appearance.

Water, smooth surfaces on boats and parquet or marble have little influence on the durability of the coating. That's why  X-COLOR, as fashion accessories, should be worn primarily inside buildings and only for very special occasions. Although they are manufactured from pure stainless steel:  The weight of the X-COLOR, an EU size 42 (US/Canada 8.5, AU 8), is only: 205g/7,2312oz without “Multi-Paws” and 225g/7,9366oz fitted with “Multi-Paws”
