Preface / Our sustainable vision & strategy

Over the years and triggered by the well-known online platforms, a very liberal cancellation practice has established itself in online trade. From our point of view, it makes it too easy for customers to return thoughtlessly or spontaneously made purchases in unlimited numbers back to the merchant and free of charge. In the meantime, the return rate on a parcel basis in online trade business has increased to almost 30% - billions, which ultimately have to be paid by all customers.

We put great importance to quality, sustainability and the conscious handling of natural resources. This also includes the avoidance of returns and associated costs for additional shipping and logistics. In addition to the product quality itself, the extensive consultation in the run-up to an order has also resulted in a return rate (cancellation of orders) being below 1%. Accordingly, our customer base has a personal attitude very similar to ours - which we are very proud of!

Paleos®Shipping & Options

Nevertheless, despite all the efforts, there are a few orders which are clearly not executed consciously. The collective order (from of TWO main items) of a first customer, who can not know the Paleos® and still orders them in different variants and / or quantity, is such an example. In order to protect our customers and our price structure, we allow a cancellation of only ONE item. We also refer to point 5.3 of our cancellation instruction.

If you are a new customer, please get to know one of our products before you decide to order more items. And please don't worry! We of course exchange a main article in size and also take it back  if you don't like it and will refund your initial costs.

 

5. Terms of Revocation

5.1 You can cancel your order without giving a reason within a time period of fourteen days (14) by email, letter or fax, or, and in the case your order has already been delivered to you before the end of the notice period, by returning the items to us. The notice period commences at the time you receive the notification about your cancellation rights, or on the date your order has been delivered, whichever occurs first. However, this does not affect your statutory rights.

5.2 Providing the items are returned complete (including all accessories, if applicable) and in mint condition, you will receive a refund within 30 days. Items returned incomplete, damaged or in used condition may lead to the refund revised accordingly, to compensate for the depreciated value. However, this does not affect your right to examine and test the delivered items upon receipt, i.e. as you would in a store. If the accumulated size or weight of the received items prevents returning these items via standard mail, courier or parcel carrier, please notify us in writing within a period of fourteen days after receipt of the goods. If you return an item to us, you agree to pay the cost of return delivery.

5.3 Products from collective orders (from TWO main products within one order, as well as more than ONE individual orders before receipt of the first order) can be exchanged in size, but a revocation can only be pronounced for ONE item! This regulation applies in particular to first-time customers who are not yet familiar with our products. GoSt-Barefoots reserves the right not to accept or cancel such orders and to remit payments already made. Alternatively, at the request of Gost-Barefoots, the customer may give explicit consent to this regulation, which may differ from the statutory provisions.

5.4 The right to cancel does not apply to Second Hand products, special editions or custom-made items – items which are tailored to your own specifications.

5.5 A withdrawal immediately after ordering before the customer has received the goods (fun order) is not possible.

Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 14 days. The period begins with the sending of your declaration of revocation or of the goods, for us with their receipt.
